CLEAR Kenya has as its vision that of a just, stable and caring society where all are living in dignity and fulfilling their God-given calling and potential.  Based on that vision, CLEAR Kenya takes as its mission to work with the vulnerable and marginalised communities in Kenya to provide quality legal aid on a pro-bono (free) or subsidised cost basis, to provide legal education through training and rights awareness and to conduct ongoing research that builds civic competence and enhances law reform.  Over the last year, CLEAR has also become involved in seeking to resolve some classes of civil dispute through mediation as an alternative to court proceedings.
