CLEAR Kenya seeks to pursue its vision and mission through a series of programmes:
- Legal Advice and Representation-co-coordinating a network of experienced advocates who provide legal representation and advice on a pro-Bono basis for those most vulnerable and marginalized.
- Prison Work-training people how to represent themselves before the Court and acting for those most in need.
- Community Legal Education-teaching adults and children on their basic legal and human rights, particularly in slum areas and rural remote villages.
- Public Interest Litigation and Law Reform-using litigation to advance the causes of minority and disadvantaged groups.
- Mediation-using trained mediators to enable Alternative Dispute Resolution i.e. to resolve disputes without going to court.
